Re-opening Promotion Terms and Conditions

  • All new members must enter into a new direct debit agreement to take advantage of the offer and enter the competition draw. 
  • This promotion is valid for Full Access and Aquatic memberships. 
  • Offer includes $0 joining fee at a saving of $20. 
  • Members who join during the promotion dates will go in the draw to win a 6-month membership, saving upward of $300. 
  • Entry is open to any person residing in Western Downs, Queensland who is aged 18 years and over, void elsewhere and/or where prohibited by law. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.  
  • Promotional Period – The promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on Monday 14 April 2025 and closes at 5:00pm (AEST) Monday 19 May 2025. 
  • The competition will be promoted on the Dalby Aquatic Centre website and social media pages. 
  • Individuals can only enter the competition once. 
  • Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the internet. 
  • The Promoter is Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd (ABN: 18118940063) 
  • The draw will take place at 10:00am AEST on 21 May 2025 at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd, 20 Longstaff Road Bayswater Victoria, 3153 Australia. 
  • The winner will be notified in writing (email) within two (2) working days of the draw date and the winner has five (5) working days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to claim the prize in five (5) working days a redraw will take place. 
  • The 6-month membership costs will be directly credited to the competition winner’s Active World account. 
  • The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another name and is subject to Dalby Aquatic Centre Membership Terms and Conditions.
